Salted Pumpkin Brittle Latte
If you're looking for something a little different than the traditional pumpkin spice latte, why not try merging the flavors of caramel and pumpkin into one delectable latte?
What You’ll Need:
2 tbsp (1 oz) Torani Caramel Syrup
1 tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Pumpkin Spice Syrup
1 cup (8 oz) heavy cream
2 shots espresso
Kosher salt flakes, for garnish
How to Make it:
Steam together milk and Torani. Pour into a tall glass and add brewed espresso*. Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over the beverage. Garnish and serve. *Can substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee.
Pumpkin Amaretto Nitro Cold Brew
Everyone loves pumpkin-flavored hot coffees and lattes, so why not add a splash of pumpkin to your cold brew for a unique and delicious fall beverage?
What You’ll Need:
1 tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Pumpkin Pie Syrup
1 tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Amaretto Syrup
1 cup (8 oz) Nitro cold brew
Splash of milk or milk alternative
How to Make it:
In a tall glass, combine milk and Torani. Stir until well incorporated. Add coffee and serve over ice
Pumpkin Candied Pecans
There's no need to wait for the holidays to enjoy some delicious candied nuts! These pumpkin-flavored treats are perfect for fall snacking.
What You’ll Need:
2 Tbsp Torani Pumpkin Pie Syrup
1 large egg white
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups pecans, roughly chopped
1/3 cup sugar
How to Make it:
Preheat the oven to 300°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk the Torani Pumpkin Pie Syrup, egg white, and salt together in a medium bowl until light and foamy. Add the pecans and sugar; toss to coat. Bake on a baking sheet until nuts are golden brown and dry to the touch, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

1 package (5.1 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup plus 3 tbsp. Torani Pumpkin Spice Syrup, divided
2 cups milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (14 to 16 oz.) pound cake, cut into bite-size cubes (about 8 cups)
How to Make it:
Put the pudding mix in a large bowl. Add 1/2 cup of the Torani Pumpkin Spice Syrup and the milk, and whisk until smooth. Add pumpkin and whisk to combine.
