Starting Your Subscription
Ready to subscribe? Starting your subscription is a simple, two-step process.
1. Choose Your Coffee & Frequency:
- Browse the full selection of coffees on the Kaldi's website.
On the product page, select the "Subscribe & Save" option. - Choose your desired delivery schedule (e.g., every 2 weeks, every month).
- Select your quantity, grind, and roast options.


2. Complete Your Purchase:
- Add the subscription to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- As a subscriber, you will automatically save $0.25 per pound on every recurring order.
How to Edit, Skip, Pause, or Cancel Your Subscription
Once you have an active subscription, you can easily manage all aspects of it through your customer account portal. Follow these four steps to access your management page.
Step 1: Go to Your Account

Visit the Kaldi's website and click the "Account" icon (usually the person silhouette) in the top right corner. Log in to your customer account.
Step 2: Go to Your Profile

Click on the "Profile" option in the dropdown menu that appears after logging in.
Step 3: Access Subscription Manager

On your Profile page, scroll down and click the "Manage Subscription" button.
Step 4: Manage Your Details
From the Subscription Manager portal, you will have total control to:
- Skip a Delivery: Easily skip your next scheduled order if you have too much coffee.
- Swap Your Coffee: Change your current selection to any other coffee in the catalog.
- Change Frequency: Adjust how often your coffee is delivered.
- Update Info: Edit your shipping address, billing details, or payment method.
- Pause or Cancel: Pause your subscription temporarily or cancel it entirely, with no commitment.
Alternative Management via Text Message:
If you opted in for SMS/Text updates at checkout, you may also be able to manage your subscription by replying to the text message notification you receive before your next order ships. Actions like skipping a delivery or expediting an order can often be done with a simple text reply.
