This model features a durable metal brew basket (13" x 5") for optimal heat retention and consistent extraction, making it suitable for demanding commercial applications.

The brewer offers a user-friendly push button interface, three programmable batch sizes, and a cascading spray dome for even saturation and optimal extraction. Safety is enhanced with a brew basket sensor that prevents hot water discharge when the basket is removed.
