Blends
Blending beans is a common practice utilized by roasteries to create taste profiles unique to their particular roastery. Coffee blends are a combination of two or more coffee beans from different countries of origin. Blends may also contain various roasting profiles. This enhances the various characteristics of the beans, leaving you with a distinctive taste specific to that blend of coffees.

Flavors
Have you tried flavored coffee beans? Flavored coffee beans are created with the use of custom flavoring oils. Contrary to flavored syrups, which are added to coffee after brewing, flavored coffees do not contain added sugars
The flavoring process provides roasteries with endless opportunities to create unique dessert-like coffees such as Banana Split or Blueberry.
If there are different flavors you like to pair with your coffee, you can pick a flavored coffee to satisfy those cravings. For example, If you enjoy cinnamon in your coffee, try any of these flavored beans: Autumn Spice, Apple Strudel, or Granny’s Snickerdandy. USDA Organic/Fair Trade
Do you understand what the various certification labels of coffees mean? To be awarded different certifications, coffee farmers need to follow stringent standards in relation to environmental, social, and economic issues. The taste is not necessarily different from another coffee from the same country of origin, but rather the conditions in which the beans were grown are.
USDA Organic certified beans are guaranteed to be organic according to USDA standards, including lack of synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. These beans are at least 95% organic and have been separated from non-organic materials.
Fair Trade coffee beans are made following sustainable farming standards, including fair price, fair labor conditions, and environmental sustainability.
This year, try some of our Organic, Fair Trade or Rainforest Alliance wholesale coffees.
