Caramel Brûlée Coffee

If you have a sweet tooth during the holidays, you can’t go wrong with a warm cup of caramel brûlée coffee. Create your own caramel brûlée with this simple recipe, and add this perfect holiday drink to your coffee shop menu or your at-home list of specialities!

What you need:

  • 1 cup of milk

  • ½ cup of Torani caramel sauce

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • 1 cup of your favorite coffee

  • Whipped cream to top

How to make it:

Start by stirring together the milk, Torani caramel sauce, and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Heat for 4–5 minutes while whisking, until the mixture becomes foamy.

Add your brewed coffee to a mug and top with your milk, whipped cream, and caramel sauce drizzle. This recipe makes enough milk mixture for two drinks, whether you want a second round or some to share!

Winter Spice Cafe Latte

Nothing says winter like a warm cup of spiced coffee. Try this cafe latte recipe — and add our Roasted Chestnut flavored coffee for something fresh and delicious!

What you need:

  • 1 cup of your favorite coffee

  • ¼ cup steamed milk

  • Winter spice syrup

    • 1 cup brown sugar

    • 1 cup water

    • 1 tsp whole cloves

    • 3 cinnamon sticks

    • 1 whole nutmeg

    • Orange zest

How to make it:

First you want to start with making your winter spice syrup. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer. Stir until all of the sugar has been dissolved and then remove from heat. Leave for 20 minutes while the flavor infuses. Strain and store in your fridge.

If you don’t have time to make your own syrup, just substitute with Torani Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup.

Once you have your syrup, you can add your desired amount (we recommend 1 ounce) to a coffee mug. Brew your coffee and add to your mug. Then top with steamed milk and garnish with grated nutmeg.
