Coffee Brewers

Choosing a commercial coffee brewer for your kitchen, cafe, or storefront can be an overwhelming task. There are so many options to choose from, how can you tell which will best fit your needs? When considering which kind of commercial coffee brewer to invest in, the first consideration should always be whether you want a fully-automated brewer, or a pour over system. Fully automated brewers are easier to use, but they do require a dedicated hot water hookup in place. With these machines, you simply load your coffee grounds into the basket, push a button, and presto! Fresh coffee is on its way. With a pour over system, you have more flexibility in where you choose to keep the machine, but they do require carrying around large quantities of water, which can increase workplace accidents and messy spills. Another consideration is how many commercial coffee makers you need. If you have medium to low volume, a single brewer might be the way to go. However, if you ever find yourself in need of caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee at the same time, you may wish you’d gone for a double brewer. Either way, you have the option of multiple warmer plates, or choosing a machine that brews directly into an airpot. If you have employees that deliver coffee refills directly to customer’s tables, warmer plates and carafes will be your best option. However, if customers come to the counter for their coffee, an airpot will keep coffee fresher, longer.
