Get some great ideas for spooky drinks that are perfect for your October coffee shop menu. 

Witches Brew Iced Coffee 

Nothing says Spooktober like a delicious Witches Brew Iced Coffee! 

What you’ll need: 

  • 7 cups of cold brew (https://www.kaldi.com/blog/the-perfect-summer-cold-brew.html)
  • 5 cinnamon sticks
  • ½ cup hazelnut creamer
  • 1 tbsp cloves
  • 6 whole star anise
  • 1 tsp fresh nutmeg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
 

How to make it: 

The night before, combine your cold brew with the spices (cinnamon, cloves, star anise,  and nutmeg) and let your coffee steep overnight. Then, before serving, add in the hazelnut creamer and vanilla extract. To take this recipe one step further, serve your Witches Brew Iced Coffee in a cauldron mug!

Halloween Candy Bar Latte

Nothing says Spooktober like a delicious Witches Brew Iced Coffee! 

 

What you’ll need: 

  • ⅓ cup espresso
    ⅔ cup milk
  • 1 fun-size candy bar of your choice 
  • Whipped cream
  • Torani chocolate sauce 
  • Optional: added sweetener 

How to make it: 

Start by brewing your espresso. While that’s happening, soften your candy bar of choice in the microwave for 10 seconds or until melted, stirring between intervals. 

Steam milk and pour that milk over the melted candy bar. Add the espresso and top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.

Bloody Caramel Macchiato

It’s not the Halloween season without a little bit of fake blood. 

What you’ll need: 

  • Doubleshot of espresso 
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 2 tbsp Torani caramel syrup 
  • Red food coloring 
  • Mini marshmallows 
 

How to make it: 

Brew your doubleshot of espresso. Fill a frothing pitcher with milk and caramel syrup and steam. Once your milk-caramel mixture is frothed, add red food coloring until you achieve a fake-blood color. Add red steamed milk to espresso and top with toasted marshmallows. To show off the color of your caramel macchiato, serve in a clear mug!
